Q1. What are your hours of operations?

A1. We purposely have a ridiculous long day to better serve our customers! We are open Sunday-Thursday from 6:00AM to 10:00PM, and Friday-Saturday from 6:00AM to 11:00PM. So if you're a commuter heading to or from work, or a student studying at night, we are your spot!

Q1. I have food allergies – what can I eat?

A2. Well, it depends on your allergy. Everything in the kitchen is exposed to flour/wheat, so as of now we do not offer anything gluten-free (although we are looking at the possibility in the future!) If you have any particular allergy, please inform our staff and we will guide you safely. We take all allergies very seriously.

Q3. How does catering work?

A3. If you have any event and would like to offer breakfast, lunch, snacks, sweets, or coffee, please call us at 413-301-5144, or email us, or fill out our order from and we can meet most any requests!

Q4. How far in advance do I need to place an order for catering?

A4. Well it depends on the order size and uniqueness. We recommend at least a 48 hour notice for large orders. Give us a call at 413-301-5144, or fill out our order form and we will figure it out together.

Q5. Can I choose what I want in my panini?

A5. We offer five (more coming!) types of Italian panini. We make our panini right before lunch to the style on the menu. If you have a special request, ask the server and we may be able to help!

Q6. I want a product you do not serve – can you make it for me?

A6. We are here to serve... within limitations! We are always open to suggestions, and as long as they fit our theme, we are up for the challenge!

Q7. Do you make cakes?

A7. We do, for special orders. Sometimes we make a few cakes and throw, I mean place them, in our displays. If you have a cake order, give us a call, email us, or stop in!

Q8. Do you make wedding cakes?

A8. At this moment in time, we do not make wedding cakes. While we have the skill, we have limited space to put together one of the most important cakes you will ever order and eat.

Q9. What kind of pies can I order?

A9. Apple, pumpkin, pecan, chocolate cream, banana cream, banana peanut butter cream, blueberry, cherry, cheesecake, and we take special requests!

Q10. Do you offer a military or student discount?

A10. Yes! We are proud of every soldier, Marine, airman, sailor, and coast guardsman, and as an appreciation for their sacrifices for our freedom we offer 15% discount. Students, we know how tough it is to go to school and have a social life, so we give you 10% as well with a student ID.

Q11. Where does your coffee come from?

A11. Our coffee comes from the freshest and best farms in the country. Our coffee and espresso beans are harvested by Carmelite Monks in Wyoming, MA.

Q12. How come the slideshow on the homepage does not work on my cell phone? Why are the pictures sideways when I look at the website on my cell phone?

A12. We put these two questions together as they are referring to the same thing. While all the content and links are correct and the same as if you were viewing our site on a computer, unfortunately the pictures do not translate as well. We are working on getting professional pictures to put up on the site. Until then, we apologize for the look of our site on cell phones.
